Keller Williams Realty

Alice and her team are simply wonderful! As a first time home-buyer, the entire process can seem very daunting, but Alice and her team made the entire process so easy from start to finish! Her team is very thorough, makes sure you understand everything, answers any and all questions (even the small ones that may seem silly), and are ALWAYS available! Truly can't thank them all enough for their help in finding our first home!!!

Alice had her finger on the pulse of the market and knew how to market and close our home sale in a tight turn-around. She was professional, efficient and courteous throughout the entire process. We were very grateful to have found her.

I highly recommend Alice for any/all your real estate needs. She was extremely helpful in finding many different types of rental properties I was looking for in a wide range of pricing. She also went into what each should rent for, the amount of sales in the area, the type of renters to expect for the area, and was patient with me in showing me many different options. Greatly appreciate all aspects of her sales and service.

Alice was a huge help in our move from MN to TN. She went above and beyond on multiple trips taking time to show us many properties and give her expert opinion on them. Shes a wealth of knowledge and very friendly. Thank you, Alice for making our transition to TN a great one. I highly recommend her as your go to realtor.

...bottom line, She gets the job! She has a team of professionals who she trusts and it shows. We have purchased 2 homes together and sold two homes together. Each experience has been a Blessing to me and Alice. I believe that with God being the center of your realty experience, she's the one to assist in the process.
