I recently put my townhouse on the market. I interviewed 3 agents, all experienced in the area my house was in, and Matt Cossell was the realtor that had the best plan already laying out a plan as we talked on what it would take to get ready and put on the market. He got quotes for the few things needed to get ready and helped to see through as I had already moved out of the area. He suggested the highest price to list, and the offer came in over the asking price. He gave me a timeline of what he thought it should take to get ready, show property on 2 weekends and there was an offer made after 2nd weekend, which I accepted and closed in 30 days. I would use Matt again, and recommend to friends and family.

Matt is a stellar realtor! He was able to get my family into an amazing home in just six weeks. My husband and I decided that we were tired of renting and wanted to look at our options to buy a starter home. We were written off by many other real estate agents, but Matt took us seriously from the start. During our interview, we instantly knew we wanted to work with Matt as he listened to us both, respected our opinions, and answered all questions no matter how small. As first time buyers we had no idea what we wanted or what we were getting ourselves into. Matt educated us on the real estate process, gave guidance with the loan process, and narrowed down our wants in a home into the perfect condo unit. Matt set up a portal page so that we could view potential units, so that we could save for later or say no entirely. Matt did an amazing job setting up multiple tours all at one time to fit into our busy work schedules. During tours Matt also looked around and pointed out features that could be potential pros or cons for us. He allowed us space to react and share opinions about a potential unit, never forcing his own opinion on us. We fell in love with one unit and Matt did the hard work of investigating the disclosure information. He found out that this potential unit had major issues in the kitchen, ultimately saving us tens of thousands in a full kitchen remodel and the headache of it all. Matt was able to help us regroup and fall in love with another unit in an even better location for us. While we were nervous when we submitted the offer, Matt was able to negotiate with the other agent into a fair deal. Closing was a breeze thanks to Matts reassurance and watchful eye. We would for sure work with Matt in the future for our next home and we will be recommending him to our friends in the Bay Area

Matt sold our Los Gatos home of 35 yrs recently and made it look easy. I know it wasnt, but to us who had not sold or bought a home in so many years, we were very naive about the changed landscape of real estate & needed quite a bit of guidance. Matt was there for us anytime that we needed and responded to our questions right away. If i would do it again i would ask Matt to refer to us a mortgage company that he is working with to get that part little bit less stressful
