Keller Williams Realty

Weve Been working with Kim Gardner for 13 years, and have been through 3 homes. We trust her fully, shes trustworthy and has integrity. She knows the DFW market very well, which is extremely helpful. She always went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and she genuinely cares about her clients and makes it her goal that they find their dream house. Shell be patient with you and never forceful into a buy or sell situation. Always was very prompt in responding to emails or texts or last minute showings. Its been a pleasure once again working with her and we look forward to it again in the future.

Kim was our Buyer's agent on our new home and she was absolutely outstanding to work with. From start to finish she worked closely with us through the process and communicated with us the entire time so that we understood what was happening and when. This is our second home purchase and we could not recommend her enough. We will absolutely continue to work with her in the future.

Kim was fantastic to work with! She gave me great advice, and my home was sold quickly. I will utilize her again and recommend her to anyone. She's friendly, professional and offered great communication throughout the process. I'm thankful to Kim!

There are truly no words to express how amazing Kim is at her job. There is never a moment where you do not feel that she is in your corner shepherding the process along. There is no need to worry about any detail because Kim and her team have every angle covered. We have worked with Kim on three separate transactions and we could never imagine working with any other realtor. There is no one in the DFW that does a better job than her, NO ONE. I have never felt so secure with any realtor in my life, and I've worked with my fair share in several states, but without any doubt Kim is the only one I will ever work with. You are in good hands with Kim, she knows her business backwards and forwards. If you are looking for a realtor you need to call her.

Dee was a fantastic realtor, and we would highly recommend her to anyone. She guided us with ease through our first home purchase and kept us informed every step of the way. Dee truly advocated for us during negotiations and made sure our best interests always came first. She is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and a joy to work with!
