Kim is lovely, professional, attentive, listens to what we say, polite, and takes care of things behind the scenes. She does not concern us with small, possibly stressful matters. This was honestly a dream home-buying experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable. We used a VA-loan; and people said we would have trouble in our very hot North Texas market. Kim really took the time to get to know us, our situation, what we were looking for, must haves, price range, etc. before looking at or recommending homes. Once looking at houses she was great pointing out details good and bad. She has a great eye for small things that could end up being big issues down the road and was sure to explain them to us. Once we were ready to put in an offer she was with us step by step being sure that we made a competitive offer but didn't over pay. She even talked us out of a higher offer we wanted to make as she didn't think it was needed and she was right, we still go the house and she saved us some cash. Kim was extremely professional, easy to get a hold of, and really seemed to care about us and our future when making this purchase. Not a better agent in the area and no doubt we will use her again should we need to sell/buy. Can't recommend her enough! She is great.
