There were several hiccups in the road as many things were going on in my life, but they all stuck with me and helped me get this house, which, it turns out, is perfect for me and my daughter! I also got to work with Kim Cole through this experience and she was just as helpful, keeping me up to date and on the right track. J helped us sell and buy a home. Our house sold in a relatively short period of time, considering the housing market at the time. And J patiently showed us DOZENS of homes as we tried to figure out exactly what type of house (and what part of town) we wanted. The house we ended up purchasing is perfect for our family and we still talk about how thankful we are that we got it. It was even a For Sale By Owner property and J willingly jumped through the extra hoops that required during negotiation. The closing process was also very smooth thanks to J's organization. We actually coordinated three closings back-to-back (our old house, new house, and house the sellers were buying) so that we could all close and move the same day. I'm still amazed he pulled it off! Top notch. Accessible, personable, and thorough. J was able to refine search to zero in on the area and features we were looking for in a timely manner. He was also very responsive when it came to arranging viewings of properties my wife and I found on-line. The home we ended up with was one he found.

J Lewis assisted us on selling two residences over the past few years. Both residences were under contract in approximately 4 weeks and 6 weeks, respectively. J was always very responsive and followed up with me in a timely manner with any details, negotiation updates, etc. J was upfront and provided his opinions on market and pricing for a realistic approach. He was always willing to share his advice on staging and how to better the home for showings.
