J Lewis assisted us on selling two residences over the past few years. Both residences were under contract in approximately 4 weeks and 6 weeks, respectively. J was always very responsive and followed up with me in a timely manner with any details, negotiation updates, etc. J was upfront and provided his opinions on market and pricing for a realistic approach. He was always willing to share his advice on staging and how to better the home for showings. I could tell J was very motivated to help us market and sell our homes based on the amount of traffic we received and his constant contact throughout the process. J helped us sell and buy a home. Our house sold in a relatively short period of time, considering the housing market at the time. And J patiently showed us DOZENS of homes as we tried to figure out exactly what type of house (and what part of town) we wanted. The house we ended up purchasing is perfect for our family and we still talk about how thankful we are that we got it. It was even a For Sale By Owner property and J willingly jumped through the extra hoops that required during negotiation. The closing process was also very smooth thanks to J's organization. We actually coordinated three closings back-to-back (our old house, new house, and house the sellers were buying) so that we could all close and move the same day. I'm still amazed he pulled it off! Thanks J for a great buying and selling experience. I'd recommend him to anyone!

J was the listing agent for a house I was interested in buying. It was wonderful to work with him and his team at Keller Williams. There were several hiccups in the road as many things were going on in my life, but they all stuck with me and helped me get this house, which, it turns out, is perfect for me and my daughter! When we met J Lewis, I was actually looking for my former realtor. She was not listed in the phone book anymore. J was the active realtor on a house for sale that we wanted to see. He was so nice and tried to find my realtor for me. She was not listed in the active realtors association, so we figured she must have retired. J had been so helpful that we decided to make him our new realtor. That was in 2009, right in the middle of the economy failing. At first I was worried about trying to buy a new home and sell our old home during that time especially since I had driven by homes every day that had been for sale over a year already. But J had everything under control. With his knowledge and additional ideas to entice buyers, he had us a buyer for our old home within 4 months ! That was a major feat for those days ! We were so relieved ! J was so easy to work with, so accommodating, so professional and easy-going at the same time. He treats you like a person, not just a client. Since then we still chat with J and consider him a friend. If you want someone who will take good care of you, then I recommend J Lewis. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found him !
