Linda was perhaps the best part of our home selling and buying process. We "interviewed" several other realtors before starting the process, nervous that we might not find the right one to fit our family's needs and unusual situation. However, from the first moment we met Linda, we knew that she was the perfect fit for us! Besides all of her experience and extensive knowledge in all things home realty, she finds a way to really get to know you as a person and as a family. She became a wonderful friend for us to rely on and was always there if we needed her. Through our difficult home selling/purchasing situation, she was our calm and resilient guide, helping us every step of the way. There were no secrets, nothing being hidden from us, and she was always very dependable and trustworthy. Hopefully, we might not need to go through this difficult process again, but if we do, I will choose Linda again in a heartbeat!

Avoid this realtor! We recently purchased a house where Linda was listing the property her husband owned and renovated. There were numerous unprofessional situations Linda created our great realtor worked us through. The final one was impactful enough. It was worth writing this review. The sellers obligation is to get a fire safety certificate and even with months to call for this. Linda missed the timing in last minute delayed our closing. There was a series of house closings in this transaction and to not affect all the other families, we agreed to sell our house and asked Linda to allow us to store our furniture only over the weekend. She agreed only if we would pay her an additional $1000. Outrageous after her unprofessionalism to actually try to profit from our family being put out of our home and having to pay to store our furniture. This realtor was appalling, unprofessional and completely clueless of her actions
