ZillowVERIFIED Avoid this realtor! We recently purchased a house where Linda was listing the property her husband owned and renovated. There were numerous unprofessional situations Linda created our great realtor worked us through. The final one was impactful enough. It was worth writing this review. The sellers obligation is to get a fire safety certificate and even with months to call for this. Linda missed the timing in last minute delayed our closing. There was a series of house closings in this transaction and to not affect all the other families, we agreed to sell our house and asked Linda to allow us to store our furniture only over the weekend. She agreed only if we would pay her an additional $1000. Outrageous after her unprofessionalism to actually try to profit from our family being put out of our home and having to pay to store our furniture. This realtor was appalling, unprofessional and completely clueless of her actions

We found her as a listing agent for a condo we were interested in and while we didn't get that property, Linda used her connections to keep us in the loop about a similar unit prior to hitting the market. We liked our experience with her so much the first time we used her again for our house. She listened to us for what we needed/wanted in our house, and didn't waste time with things that didn't fit our ideal. She was always available to show us listings, and gave us her honest opinion on homes. Never hestitated to write an offer, and we never felt like we were pushed to go above what we were comfortable paying for a home, even if it didn't match what Linda recommended based on comps. I would recommend her over and over again.

When we were ready to sell, she had a great marketing plan that included staging the home and multiple open houses. When our initial buyer tried to re-negotiate terms during attorney review, she had a backup buyer ready to step-in. We were under contract quickly and above our asking price. We are now working exclusively with Linda looking for our next project.

ZillowVERIFIED Linda was amazing. I needed to sell a property that had been empty for a couple of years, had a lot of sentimental value, was out of state for me, and needed a fair amount of work to get it ready to sell. She was there every step of the way including finding people to clear the house, finding contractors and landscapers, and perhaps the most complicated for me, finding appropriate people to value, inspect and carry out appropriate testing such as well water and radon. Her team gave a very fair estimate of the work that needed to be done and even with a few surprises along the way such as the floor rotted beneath the bathroom toilet, things went remarkably smoothly for me. She also saw me through the sale negotiations, helping me to see reasonable requests versus wish list requests. I know I could've sold the house without doing all the work "as is", but she made the sale bearable at a very difficult time for me with compassion and efficiency. I would recommend her to anyone.
