We worked with Priyanka to sell our home in South Lyon and honestly, she was amazing from start to finish. We listed right in the middle of a slow market so we were pretty nervous, but she brought in real buyers. She is always responsive - calls, texts, questions, she would get back to us right away which meant a lot. She did a lot of open houses and private showings to get our home seen, and she helped us with so many little things behind the scenes to actually get it to closing. It has taken me quite some time to write this review, and honestly, its long overdue. For the past two and a half years, Ive been going through a lot, rebuilding my life, trying to get my life back on track, and doing everything I could to create stability for my children and me. Part of that journey meant finding a home for us. When you think about buying a home, you dont usually think about the emotional weight that comes with it, the stress, the overwhelm, the pressure of wanting to choose the right home for your family. And when you add in everything else life is throwing at you, it can feel almost impossible if you dont have the right team standing with you. When I first started my home-buying process, I was working with someone else. I wont mention their name, they just werent the right fit for me. I ended up having to let them go, and thats when I found Davian. From the very first day he started working with me, I felt something shift in my spirit. Davian exudes positivity, blessings, honesty, integrity and he shows up, he works hard, and he gives his all. That was exactly what I needed in this season of my life. Davian listened to me. He paid attention to what I wanted for my family. He took everything into consideration when showing me homes. He cared. He prayed with me. He prayed for me. He followed up without me having to ask, and half the time he had already asked the questions I was thinking before I could even say them out loud. The difference between the person I was working with before and working with Davian was truly night and day. I will always recommend Davian to anyone looking for a home because you need someone who will go to bat for you, someone who will be your voice, your eyes, your ears and do all of that with integrity. It is rare to find someone with such a good spirit, a genuine heart, and a true commitment to caring for people. Meeting Davian was a blessing, and whether he knows it or not, he changed my life and my childrens lives for the better, forever. Not only did I gain a home for my family and me, I gained a friend.
