ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Priyanka to sell our home in South Lyon and honestly, she was amazing from start to finish. We listed right in the middle of a slow market so we were pretty nervous, but she brought in real buyers. She is always responsive - calls, texts, questions, she would get back to us right away which meant a lot. She did a lot of open houses and private showings to get our home seen, and she helped us with so many little things behind the scenes to actually get it to closing. It never felt like she just listed it and disappeared. If you are looking for someone who is honest, hardworking, and will actually fight to sell your house, we can't recommend Priyanka enough. We are so glad we found her. -Santhosh

ZillowVERIFIED I had a very disappointing experience working with Priyanka Dabhi. I was interested in several rental listings she had available, but unfortunately, she was unresponsive and refused to provide any information or return my calls. Despite my credit score being over 740 and having no negative marks on my record, I was left in the dark about the properties. From what Ive seen and heard from others, Priyanka seems to selectively cater to a specific group of people, which gives the impression that she is choosing tenants based on ethnicity rather than merit or qualifications. This behavior is both unprofessional and concerning, especially in the real estate industry where fair and equal treatment should be the standard. Overall, my experience with Priyanka was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend her services to anyone. There are plenty of agents out there who are more professional, responsive, and fair.

ZillowVERIFIED Priyanka was awesome to work with. Had couple of other realtors came in and appraised way below what I thought would be a reasonable price. I have reasonable knowledge of real estate market so I knew they are either not knowledgeable of the market or just trying to put a low price to sell quick and get out. Not having my best interest in mind. Priyanka appraised the house 20k more than what I thought would be the right price and she was right. We sold the house within 2 weeks for full assignment price.
