If ever there was someone who was cut out for the job as realtor, it is Christie! She was amazing. We didn't know her when we started our house hunt. We just responded to a listing. She went to the nth degree to communicate through the process and to get us the house that met our criteria, which was a TALL order. She had to. work on price, maintenance, neighborhood and the deadline of a new baby. We didn't even know if it could be done. We could tell she really loved the job of satisfying such a unique requirement as ours. There were two big obstacles as we neared the closing and she was on top of it all. On a scale of 1-10, she gets a 20!

The worst month of the year to try to sell a house due to weather and the holidays. There were more showings than I had expected and I had a signed Purchase Agreement 10 days after the first showing!
