Keller Williams Platinum Realty

Brendan is great. He was professional, and very attentive to everything we asked for in a timely manner. We appreciate his skills and services. Always brought a positive idea to all situations, and really focused on what we were looking for.

Buying process was definitely smooth with Brendan. He didnt pressure us just to settle down in first place we saw. He looked at the places with us and let us know potential issues in future or if its even worth Buying the house. He is not like many other realtors that just wants to get home sold just to make commission. After we found our home he keeps in contact and makes sure we are loving the home. By Far a very good realtor that goes far and beyond.

Brendan is the agent you want the most. He is not in this market for aEURoethe gameaEUR?, but for the people and the community! Him and the Remax team not only helped us with contacting sellers but they negotiated the best rate possible. He will always be my recommendation for anyone who needs their real estate handled!

Brendan did a wonderful job helping my fiancA(C) and I find our forever home! He worked tirelessly to help us find exactly what we were looking for! When we found the house we wanted, he helped with negotiating prices, explained what our mortgage would look like, and helped us with any questions we might have had during our house buying process.

Brendan did an excellent job finding us our first home. As first time homebuyers we were quite nervous and unsure of the process. Brendan made everything as simple as possible, while being communicative, professional, and honest! He helped us to find a house that we love in a great neighborhood. We cannot say enough good things about Brendan and his work ethic. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!
