He looked at the places with us and let us know potential issues in future or if its even worth Buying the house. He is not like many other realtors that just wants to get home sold just to make commission. After we found our home he keeps in contact and makes sure we are loving the home. Katie Jo gave her word and asked us and our realtor to trust her. She lied and refused to put money in escrow and assured us her word was good and she would send us the funds she owed us and she did not. Our realtor has messaged her a few times and she has yet to respond. She dropped the ball on the U&O and we had to rush to get things done and push back settlement a week. Would not work with her again even if it was a dream property.
