ZillowVERIFIEDKatie Jo gave her word and asked us and our realtor to trust her. She lied and refused to put money in escrow and assured us her word was good and she would send us the funds she owed us and she did not. Our realtor has messaged her a few times and she has yet to respond. She dropped the ball on the U&O and we had to rush to get things done and push back settlement a week. Would not work with her again even if it was a dream property.

ZillowVERIFIED Our selling and buying experience with Katie was excellent. We received top dollar for our previous home. Her deep knowledge of home construction and the real estate process helped us buy a lot and build our dream home. The assistance we received during the contracting and construction phase was crucial. We highly recommend Katie.

ZillowVERIFIED KatieJo did an excellent job listing and selling some rental properties we had in Reading. She coordinated with our property manager and the tenants and walked us through everything for a timely closing. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Look forward to working with her again!

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish. Tiff was there. She kept it honest, upfront, and made sure we understood (as first time home buyers) the entire process. She made sure the loan company was doing their best for us and at any time she was happy to intervene for our sake and make sure everyone was doing their best to get us into the house we wanted. You want someone who is going to keep it simple but also fight for you? Tiffany Lynn is the person you want. She got us our dream home and at the best deal possible!! 100% would recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I would encourage anyone to engage Katie Jo as their agent. She went not one but two extra miles for us. Very knowledgeable and very tenacious. Most importantly she is very RESOURCEFUL, which you need in an agent all the time, but more so now.

ZillowVERIFIED KatieJo was AMAZING! My fiance and I were looking to buy our first home together and KatieJo knew what we needed every step of the way. She explained the process in terms we understood, she was honest about her opinions when touring various properties, and she made herself easily available to communicate. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to contact KatieJo Shank!
