I have known Al for some time. Helping my mom sell her home when she was so tied to her belongings and memories was going to be tough. She could not really take care of the house anymore in the way it need to be cared for and it would only become harder as she got older. I met with Al first to describe the situation to make sure he was up to the task. Al came through, he is patient, he is honest, he listened to my mom's concerns and my interpretations of those concerns. Communication was the key for each odd step that a transaction can take and he had a plan for each thing that came our way.

I cant say enough good things about Algernong! I'm so glad a friend recommended him to us. He was able to tell us when a house was a good deal and when it was only okay. When we did decide to put in an offer, he moved fast to give us the best chance of getting there first. We ultimately got exactly what we were looking for at a price that was a little bit under what we were willing to pay, and I know this was because we were working with Algernong.
