Few months ago we decided to buy a vacation home in Fort lauderdale. After few failed attempts we noticed a new listing and made an inquiry on Zillow. The next morning Mr. Aponte from Keller Williams called me and graciously accepted to show me the property the same day. We met few hours later at the property and we had a very pleasant interaction. He was very knowledgeable and professional taking time to show me in detail the property and the surroundings. We decided to make an offer right away and start the negotiation process the same day. Later we found that is another offer ahead of us and the seller almost accepted it. Then Darnell insisted to keep the negotiations open and after few changes in our initial offer he managed to get it accepted by the seller. Few weeks later we had the closing and thanks to Darnells assistance and negotiations skills we got the keys of our dream mountain retreat. We kept in touch afterwards and we will definitely ask him to help us in the future with our real estate needs.
