Marc is very familiar with the local market and has has a large selection of buyers and investors ready to purchase properties. Marc assisted me on getting the house ready to go on the market. Once we listed the house I had an incredible amount of offers. In the first week of having the property listed I had twenty two offers on the house. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. He has a lot of experience with hundreds of similar homes for sale. He made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. I moved due to my work, he did everything so easy, and smooth with the sale, documentation and money transfers. The best of all he is Godly, I will not make business in other way. ZillowVERIFIED We had a very difficult situation-- an old building in extensive renovation, a restrictive condo board, dirt and dust and boarded windows --- which necessitated taking the condo off of the market for 1 1/2 years. Upon re-listing, the building wasn't completed yet, still was old, and an additional assessment was anticipated. Throughout, Marc was both upbeat and realistic; moreover, he and Laurie were giving us weekly updates both by email and phone. He was always well-spoken, articulate, informative, responsive to questions, and educational. The only issue was that the settlement papers from the attorney/ title company had several mistakes which were quickly corrected. Note: always check the settlement papers for details.
