We met Darnell Aponte while he was hosting a open house that we accidentally came upon while driving by and decided to stop and take a look at it. At this point of our home purchasing journey we had decided to take a break and pray for a decision on what to do next. (since our other realtor experience didn't go well) Darnell greeted us and right away we noticed there was just something different about him. Sure he is very professional and knowledgeable, but many others are as well. What stood out to us was that he truly listened and asked questions as to what we were in need of. Again, many business professionals do that, but with him there was just something different. He was down to earth and he felt like a friend you knew your entire life. I left that conversation feeling like our prayers were finally answered, that we found someone who just seemed to be a honest caring person in this hectic world we all are living in. Well, my first impression was right, he proved himself not only to be a professional and knowledgeable realtor, but he showed us that he had our best interest at heart. He went above and beyond for us during our home purchase journey. In all honesty, he is truly a decent human being. In business you don't always find all your needs are met, however with our experience with Darnell Aponte we never felt as though we weren't being looked after. He is indeed our forever realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Few months ago we decided to buy a vacation home in Fort lauderdale. After few failed attempts we noticed a new listing and made an inquiry on Zillow. The next morning Mr. Aponte from Keller Williams called me and graciously accepted to show me the property the same day. We met few hours later at the property and we had a very pleasant interaction. He was very knowledgeable and professional taking time to show me in detail the property and the surroundings. We decided to make an offer right away and start the negotiation process the same day. Later we found that is another offer ahead of us and the seller almost accepted it. Then Darnell insisted to keep the negotiations open and after few changes in our initial offer he managed to get it accepted by the seller. Few weeks later we had the closing and thanks to Darnells assistance and negotiations skills we got the keys of our dream mountain retreat.
