Keller Williams ONE Chicago

Patrick is a fantastic realtor, and will help you get a place you love at a competitive price - not an easy thing to do in Chicago these days. He was super responsive throughout the process, and helped me navigate the process as a first time buyer. Cannot recommend enough!

I worked with Patrick Dodd and the Mynt Properties team at Keller Williams ONEChicago to buy a condo in Lincoln Park. Patrick's knowledge of the market conditions and Chicago neighborhoods and gave me the confidence I needed in finding our home. From beginning to end the process was thorough and yielded fruitful results. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking to buy in the Chicago area.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Patrick and the Mynt Properties team at Keller Williams ONEChicago to purchase our home in Morton Grove, and we couldnt have had a better group of people working with us. Patricks experience, knowledge, and support made us feel confident in the process from the first meeting. He was incredibly responsive to all our questions and viewing requests, and always made sure someone was there to view a property with us. I cant overstate how helpful it was, as first-time home buyers, to have someone experienced looking over every inch of a prospective home with the care as if they were going to be living there. He also fought for us every step of the way during closing to make sure we were getting our best deal. We highly recommend Patrick for any home buying/selling needs and look forward to working with him again in the future!

Patrick, Katie, and Michelle were all great to work with! Very responsive, trusted advisors, and knowledgeable for both home and investment purchases. We will definitely choose Patrick and the Mynt team again!

Patrick came recommended through my lender. As a first time homebuyer, he was readily available and welcoming, making an enormous process much more viewable. I'm analytical -- he never fought my ideas, always supported my initiatives, and gently guided me with his experience. The market can be tight, as you learn fast, but... I always felt like I had someone reliable on my side in those tight spaces. He truly wants to make sure you find the right home and is willing to work to get you there.
