Keller Williams on the water, sarasota

From my very first interaction, Amanda LeGault impressed me with her exceptional expertise, dedication, and ability to make the entire home-buying process feel seamless?from helping me narrow down the right properties, to guiding me through showings, negotiations, and closing. We faced some challenges caused by the seller?s side, but Amanda came up with solutions and was fighting for me the whole time. She was always responsive, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I understood every step. When issues came up, she handled them quickly and kept everything on track. She coordinated with lenders, inspectors, and the seller?s agent, making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She also negotiated the price down substantially from asking price! Buying a home can be stressful, but Amanda made it feel manageable and well-organized. I felt supported the whole way through and am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable real estate agent. Five stars!
