From my very first interaction, Amanda LeGault impressed me with her exceptional expertise, dedication, and ability to make the entire home-buying process feel seamless?from helping me narrow down the right properties, to guiding me through showings, negotiations, and closing. We faced some challenges caused by the seller?s side, but Amanda came up with solutions and was fighting for me the whole time. She was always responsive, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I understood every step. When issues came up, she handled them quickly and kept everything on track. She coordinated with lenders, inspectors, and the seller?s agent, making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She also negotiated the price down substantially from asking price! Buying a home can be stressful, but Amanda made it feel manageable and well-organized. I felt supported the whole way through and am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and reliable real estate agent. Five stars!

If you?re looking for a real estate agent look no further! Amanda was God sent with selling our Condo & buying our Villa. She went WAY over and beyond to help us through this journey. She is SO organized. She sent us worksheets that walked us through ever single step. Every Sunday night she makes a very comprehensive chart that tracks the interest in your property for sale. She will hold as many open houses as needed and her social media advertising is just spectacular. When buying from Amanda she has endless energy with touring anywhere you want. Along with providing you all the specs and brochures of each property. She even recording it on her phone and sent us everything incase we were too overwhelmed to remember everything. She answered and explained each and every one of our silly questions. We were new to this, and she walked us through each and every step. Also substituting in for us when we could not be there due to being living out of state. Amanda is SO knowledgeable about real estate and the law! The other agents we came up against could not hold a candle to Amanda. My husband and I are SO lucky we found Amanda to sell or condo and find us our dream villa - all within our budget.

Amanda was a wonderful realtor for us. Purchasing a home from out of town had a few challenges for us. Amanda knew what we were looking for and presented us with many properties to look at. She made sure we were well informed with every step of the buying process. She was very quick to respond to all of our questions. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home.

Amanda was an amazing and patient agent. Initially I was going to rent and she spent countless hours helping me find the right rental. She is well educated with the area and when a house popped on the market for the right price, we jumped ship and decided to purchase. Without Amanda?s help I would be stuck in a rental as she helped open up the doors to a great opportunity for the right price. Best agent in town! Highly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond, no matter the time or day.

I could not possibly recommend Amanda more. To me, there's five things you want in an agent: to be knowledgeable about the market, to be on top of the details, to be thoughtful about process, to be pleasant to work with (including with other agents), and maybe the most important of all, to be patient. Amanda has all of those things in spades. She works extremely hard, she doesn't rush you into any decisions, and she's always willing to go out of her way and make time in her schedule to show you a property. She's also a straight shooter, and does a great job of not getting emotional about the properties you like to keep you grounded. Highly, highly recommend.

Top 1%of realtors! Amanda was great to deal with! Wwe had a difficult seller but Amanda always swooped in to save the day. She wisely kept my negative reactions to ourselves o and was able to get what we needed from the sellers. She speaks softly but knows how to handle fierce negotiations. And fierce they were! I've dealt with many different realtors over the last couple of years. Amanda is easily in the top 1% of realtors.
