I would definitely recommend Crystal for anyone who is considering buying a home in Bozeman. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.A bit about my wife and my experience working with Crystal:We-- like many others in the Bozeman area-- are transplants to the area. So, my wife and I were working with Crystal remotely for the most part. I came to Bozeman with my wife in April for an interview, not sure whether we were going to uproot our family and move here. One of the major things we wanted to do was to check out homes in the area within our budget and price range. Not knowing anyone in the area, we reached out to Crystal. On a last minute notice Crystal organized approximately 10 different properties at different price points throughout Bozeman.Crystal has been living in Bozeman for a good chunk of time and was knowledgeable, and honest, about the pros and cons of each property, area, and other things my wife and I just did not know about living in the area. Not having lived in the snow before, we had no idea what it meant to live on un-heated slab. Crystal really took her time with us, even though we weren't 100% on moving to the area.Once my wife and I decided to move Crystal was sending updates frequently about properties that fit some of our must-have requirements. Since we were doing this remotely, Crystal would go to these properties-- if we expressed interest-- and would take videos for us to see and tell us her opinion. After about a month of this, Crystal sent us a home that was just put up that day and after visiting the property and sending us a video we put an offer on it. Essentially, we had never seen the house and bought it because Crystal impressed us so much through that first interaction and her continued support remotely. After living here for about 5 months we still love our place, Crystal's recommendation and expertise are to be highly regarded. She streamlined the process and made sure that all the necessary paperwork, inspections, and deadlines were handled in a timely fashion.After dealing with so many other real estate agents in California, interacting with Crystal was refreshing. She didn't seem like she was just in it for the money; she was invested in us and wanted to find the right fit. Even when I came up to close on the property in June and didn't have a car, Crystal let me borrow her spare Jeep for the weekend. If my wife and I ever need to buy or sell a property we will be using Crystal.
