ZillowVERIFIED Carolyne Calvin with Keller Williams provided us with the best possible experience we could have ever asked for. Trying to buy a house in today's market is challenging enough, but doing it from 2000+ miles away makes it extra difficult. Carolyne made the process extremely pleasant, she was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond for us, FaceTiming us through, what felt like 100 houses. Her honest feedback and suggestions made us feel incredibly confident in our decisions. She took the time to get to know us and our needs. Her knowledge of all things real estate and the area are a huge asset. Even after we closed she continued to help us with managing contractors and other recommendations to make our home feel like ours. I cannot say enough amazing things about Carolyne and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED When I decided to buy a condo in Bozeman to be closer to my grandchildren, I chose to work with Carolyne Calvin of Keller Williams Montana. She came highly recommended, and I am glad I made the choice I did. Carolyne was great to work with and proved at every step that I had chosen well. I especially appreciate her knowledge of Bozeman and understanding of the current market, her honesty and integrity, and her wonderful customer service. Finding and buying a condo in the current market in Bozeman is not an easy task. To add to the challenge, I didn't yet live there, so much of our work was done long distance. Carolyne regularly sent me homes that fit my criteria, and we toured lots of condos, some in person and some via FaceTime. I was impressed with how quickly she figured out my taste and my needs and guided me to many good choices. She wrote several offers for me, and early in our time together, my offer was accepted on a place with a wonderful location. Carolyne recommended a thorough, honest inspector, and he uncovered some serious, previously unseen problems with the condo. Carolyne helped me work through the decision to withdraw the offer, and took care of it. A few more offers, and I got the perfect spot for me. It is immaculate and move-in ready, with no major problems. Carolyne advocated for me all along, making sure that I found and purchased a place that fit my needs and desires. She made a difficult process far easier with clear explanations, easy communication, and ready accessibility. I highly recommend Carolyne Calvin to anyone interested in buying or selling a Bozeman home.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyne is simply the best. She is knowledgeable, hard working, smart and on top of everything real estate related. She's patient when she needs to be, and hard charging when that is what's required. We've bought and sold 3 houses through her, and she is hands down the best realtor I've ever worked with.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyne was a pleasure to work with!! As a former realtor, I could tell that she was always on top of any situation that arose. She had great suggestions on how to present and deal with potential buyers and their realtors, and never got tired or impatient with our questions. Her knowledge and professionalism were top notch with both of the sales we've had with her, one condo and one commercial. We would highly recommend Carolyne to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyne provided the best realtor experience I have ever had with the sale of my property in Bozeman. From advice on when and how to list, to negotiation with teller, to actively managing and advising on post-implementation repairs and reacting quickly to some tenant caused delays she was proactive and efficient in handling the challenges this sale brought. As an out of town seller with tenants, I certainly chose the best realtor for my needs. Do not hesitate to select Carolyne as she will have your best interest in mind and in action every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIED I've bought and sold three properties in my lifetime. My fourth (and final) home purchase through Carolyne was the best real estate buying experience I've had. She knows how to negotiate and get things done. I consider myself very lucky to have met and work with Carolyne, and will always use her for any real estate needs I have.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyne went above and beyond what was expected of her as an agent. She took many of the duties on herself including procuring repair estimates and lining up contractors, checking in on the house (which was vacant during a harsh winter) to see if the heat was running and no problems with plumbing, etc. She made sure the driveway and sidewalk were clear of snow. She was always immediately accessible and passed on buyer's communications efficiently. She was a pleasure to work with and made the process easier.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyne was a delight to work with. She went above and beyond all that is expected of a realtor. She is a great gal and highly professional. Since I was not living in Bozeman anymore when my house went up for sale, she had to take over and do jobs that would have been mine to do if I were there. I highly recommend her as a realtor to anyone selling their house. Carolyn negotiated the price for my house. I thought the price was very reasonable and I was happy with the price she secured for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyne worked with me for nearly 2 years to find the best home lot for my needs and budget -- and succeeded. She spent the time needed to understand my needs, knew and showed the local market well, handled questions and issues patiently and professionally, spoke and acted with integrity, and never gave up on the chase in this tight market. She's also fun and a real pleasure to work with. I'd hire Carolyne again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a residential contractor who first chose to list with Carolyne as a result of some 'flat' experiences with other professionals. I was seeking a veteran in the local market and I got one with Carolyne. She has been around long enough to know what is changing in the local scene and offers sound advise in regarding those changes. Carolyne has documents ready for my review very quickly and any changes in terms etc, are handled with similar efficiency. Nearer the closing of a sale, she remains diligent to communicate necessary deadlines and notifies me with any bumps that may be coming.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyne Calvin was great to work with. We had some unexpected challenges during the inspection process. Our hose bib burst and began flooding the crawl space. Carolyne helped us through that and other things that needed fixing, and remained patient but persistent with us as we ticked the list. In the end we got a great price and are happy with our decision to sell. I would recommend Carolyne for her professionalism and candor. She is everything you'd want in a seller's representative.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyne is a true seasoned professional. She knows the market, helped us price our condo just right and sold our condo in just one day. She encouraged us to list our home sooner than we anticipated, telling us exactly what we needed to do and didn't need to do to get to market- which turned out to be the right approach. Carolyne went above and beyond throughout the entire process providing us with lots of communication every step of the way. We could always reach her and she even helped us get through the inspection items while we were out of town. We would highly recommend Carolyne.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyne is the best Realtor on the planet! She had my condo sold immediately for well over asking price. She handled everything including inspecting a tenant move out, managing inspections, repairs, and appraisals. Any time there was the slightest issue she had it handled and always had a vendor to recommend to do any work. This was not a high dollar value property and she went above and beyond at every stage of the sale. Because I live out of the area she made everything so easy and painless. I have never had a realtor go to such great lengths to get it done and perfectly! Do not consider using anyone else to help you buy or sell! Thank you Carolyne!

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyne was referred to me by a trusted friend to help me find two properties (a second home and a rental) in Bozeman. I was unable to personally view either home prior to submitting accepted offers (I live out of state), instead needing to rely on Carolyne for detailed descriptions during her walk-throughs, supported by Face-time and photos. After the accepted offers were received, carolyne stayed right on top of everything, providing regular updates right through closing. She was absolutely awesome to work with and had a superior work ethic coupled with an outstanding knowledge of real estate practices and the local market. I would HIGHLY recommend using Carolyne as your listing and/or buying realtor, you won't be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED We first contacted Carolyne to help us find the appropriate commercial space for our business. She was referred to us by our dog trainer, someone we know and trust, who also used Carolyne for her real estate transaction. The process was very fluid and uneventful, which in business, uneventful is a good thing! Carolyne has the experience of years in the business. She was focused, not on the end goal, but executing the process. I highly recommend Carolyne Calvin for any real estate transaction you may have.

She responded immediately to all our questions or concerns and would quickly obtain answers to issues of which she had no prior knowledge. ZillowVERIFIED Carolyne made our whole real estate transaction run more smoothly than imaginable. We had a complicated process including a 1031 exchange dealing with multiple buyers, sellers, lenders, appraisers, inspectors etc. Carolyne always made us feel as though we were a priority even though our monetary transaction with her was relatively small. Her perseverance in solving a variety of potential stumbling blocks was impressive and is appreciated. There is not another realtor in Bozeman that I would recommend above Carolyne!!
