Tamara was a pleasure to work with. She was fast to respond to questions, and was well informed in her answers. When a house was temping to pull the trigger on, she would have comparable houses ready to share to give a better idea of house value. She got me set up with a good loan officer and the whole closing process was quick and easy. I really appreciate going to the extra mile in the whole reality process, and wish her the best.

Dan did a great job of getting an appointment to see the property. When we made an offer, we told Dan that there was a huge stump in the backyard that we wanted the seller to remove. He assured us that this was in the offer. It was not put in correctly. The offer asked to remove the wood pieces and not the stump. That's now my fault. He also said we denied a home warranty that was offered by the seller. Who does that. When I contacted the main company he works for, they said that the contract was fulfilled concerning the stump. They offered me 500 bucks for the inconvenience. Yay. They did purchase a home warranty for us but this took some doing. Not recommended by us at all

Tamara did an amazing job helping us look at potential listings and find appropriate viewing times around my schedule. She was very knowledgeable about the process of buying and very easy to work with. Her negotiating was very fair and made the buying process stress free and something I would do again with her.
