We had our eye on a home for a month while we finished fixing ours up to list and he kept in contact with the listing agent to see if it was still available as they didnt want a home sale contingency at the time we walked through. We were able to have photos done that made our house look absolutely phenomenal and we were able to list, received over asking and get under contract with the home we wanted all in one day! Couldnt recommend him enough!
