Kendall is far and away the best realtor we've ever worked with! We were making a move to the Boerne area and needed someone who was knowledgeable, responsive, and savvy. She's all those and friendly as well! What we really appreciated about Kendall is that she didn't say every home we looked at was awesome. She had her own honest critique of various homes we considered. She clearly cared more about what would suit us than just getting a home sold. Says a lot about the kind of person she is......on top of being a great agent! She's a great communicator and was super responsive as we made offers, heard from sellers (or didn't), needed some quick answers while under contract, etc. Really a great experience working with Kendall!

i had a very good experience in a somewhat difficult situation. The home that was sold was inheirited from my deceased sister. I live in another country which required extra communication, mostly through emails as cell service is limited in my location. Good communication was essential and accomplished

The speed and professionalism that was displayed by Kristen and her team was truly remarkable.. I entered the market at a bad time. The school year had just started back and mortgage rates were at a 22 year high.
