The speed and professionalism that was displayed by Kristen and her team was truly remarkable.. I entered the market at a bad time. The school year had just started back and mortgage rates were at a 22 year high. I expected that my home would likely sit on the market for months and and I thought that we would reduce the asking price multiple times before getting the house under contract. Kristen does enlist a team of experts to rapidly move through the process. We worked with Kristen, Trisha, Amy, Maddie and Trinity. We got a lowball offer on the first day and Brian recommended that we counter with a full price offer. We did and they countered again with an acceptable offer, but we decided to go with a full price offer. We felt the lowballer was a flipper or going to rent it out. I think we did the best for ourselves and the neighborhood. 4th house weve sold and the best experience by far.

To begin, we reside out of state, and were looking for a second home in the area (and possibly an investment property). After some Google research, we decided to contact Team Kristen Schramme. The phone call was answered immediately. After explaining the purpose for my call, I was referred to a Team Kristen Schramme realtor, Madison Cook.Madison contacted us quickly, and and we discussed what we were looking for. I also told her how we lived 1000+ miles away. She answered all of our questions, and assured us distance would not be a problem. I told her about a few houses we were interested in, and she took us on live virtual tours, and worked around our schedules for the viewings.Long story short, we eventually flew out and met Madison to see some houses in person. Madison was one of the kindest people we have ever met. She listened and understood our needs. We eventually put in a couple offers, and were outbid, but that did not stop her determination in finding us the perfect home.Madison emailed us several properties and took us on several more virtual tours. Eventually SHE found a home that met our needs perfectly. After taking us on a virtual tour, we decided to make an offer, which was ultimately accepted. We were beyond thrilled.After a few days of being in escrow, our loan officer advised that we would have enough funds to qualify purchasing another home, which would be for investment purposes. The only problem was, is in order to do it, we had to be in escrow within approximately one week. Madison again put on her superhero cape, and found us a perfect second property.In an attempt to keep this short(er), Madison not only met our expectations, but far superseded them. She walked us though the whole process. I flew out right before close to view the houses in person and sign final paperwork. Madison was there to show me the houses and she greeted me at the title companies for the signing of both properties.We could not have been more impressed with her, and did not expect in a million years we would find a realtor as great as her.It has been approximately one month since the close of the houses, and Madison still checks in to see how things are going and make sure we are happy. This is far above and beyond what is required of her. Thank you so much Madison for being the amazing realtor and person you are.An important fact that should be noted, is my husband and I are part of the LGBTQ+ community. One of our biggest fears is that we would not be able to find someone who would be willing to work with us based on this, especially in Texas. We learned with Madison that there was nothing to worry about as she was accepting and beyond respectful! Madison is also patient, kind, responsible, professional and someone who really loves her job. She is also very honest and trustworthy.Lastly, after the purchase of our homes, Madison reached out and requested to know what non profit we would like Team Kristen Schramme to donate to, on our behalf. Madison told me with every home sale, they donate to a non profit of their customer's choice. Who does this? Just another great example of how wonderful this company is.There were several other people who assisted us from this office, but due to the length of the review already, I will just say that you guys are Rockstars, and I hope to work with all of you many more times in the future!!Thank you again!!!
