Ron Pineda is the best, most dedicated real estate agent I had ever worked with. When my 91-year-old father became ill and was no longer able to remain independent, we had to make the difficult decision to sell his condominium in Laguna Woods and move him close to us. Being that we live and work 700 miles away, my wife and I had only a few days to pack a few items and drive the distance. We weren?t sure how we would get all this done. When we first met with Ron, we were highly impressed by his demeanor and professionalism. He gave us a realistic valuation and didn?t make any wild promises. From the very first day Ron took charge and made every conceivable arrangement to make sure everything was done to prepare the three-bedroom condominium for sale. Within less than 2 weeks he made arrangements to have all the furnishings picked-up by a local charity, the condominium cleaned, the walls painted, the kitchen floor updated. He personally went to Home Depo and picked-up laminate flooring and new hardware for the kitchen cabinets. He also purchased a modern dining room lamp, new bedroom fans and a new door locks which he had installed. Moreover, he made arrangement for a terrific Stager which made the place look fantastic. Dealing with prospective buyers and the Laguna Woods bureaucracy was no easy task, but Ron was fantastic. He didn?t miss a beat. All the necessary documents were prepared and signed on time. He made all the necessary arrangements for the multitude of inspections and documents needed by the Association and the City. He personally met with the inspectors and made sure anything which needed additional attention was handled professionally. We ended up selling the condominium in a timely manner at a good price. I don?t know how we could have done this with any other realtor. He knew what needed to be done and he did whatever necessary to make it happen. He has a big wonderful heart!!! My father, my wife and I are forever appreciative and would highly recommend Ron to any prospective buyer or seller.
