ZillowVERIFIED Let me begin this review by saying Parisa is hands down the best Realtor I have ever met. If you walk away with only one fact from this review, let that be the one. The sale of my house is probably the hardest sale Parisa has ever made. My house needed many repairs and had been badly neglected. It was also a victim of the Covid virus meaning I was way behind in the payments and VERY close to losing my house and its equity to the Bank. Parisa was able to get the lender to work with me. She helped me obtain contractors to do the many repairs that were needed and kept me in check when the process became overwhelming to me. Regardless of the obstacles that continuously popped up, she always remained calm, professional and positive. Trust me when I say there were many obstacles. Parisa was referred to me by my nephew who is her neighbor. When she showed up at our listing appointment I new nothing more about her than that. She came to my house, looked it over and gave me a few options. I could sell it as-is, sell it to an investor (house flipper) or repair it and sell it. I chose the later. She didn't blink an eye and began the process of getting the various contractors, cleaning services. gardeners etc. in contact with me. She helped negotiate prices when needed and overall kept everything moving forward. When it was all said and done Parisa kept my house from being foreclosed, helped me get a very fair price and even though it took months to repair, when we did actually list the house with MLS she got me the perfect buyer within a couple weeks. Parisa expertly handled the negotiating process and held my hand through the entire escrow, explaining everything as we went. Not just the good but she also, when needed, made me understand some harsh realities that most agents would have either ignored or glossed over just to avoid the hard conversations. Through this whole process Parisa actually became a good and trusted friend, she treated me the way she would treat a family member. Parisa has continued to check on me from time to time just to make sure I'm doing ok in my new home. It was in bad condition, and needed a lot of repairs before it would be ready to sell. Parisa had an impressive network of contractors who were able to address the issues with the property, which included water damage, electrical issues, structural issues, swimming pool issues, etc. Her team of professionals were able to complete repairs and make the house much more desirable than its previous condition. Parisa also had a team of stagers who were able to decorate the home in order to increase its appeal. Once the house was ready to be put on the market, Parisa used her marketing expertise to create a lot of foot traffic during open house. In the first weekend, there were multiple offers on the home. My uncle was able to sell the home for a good price and downsize to a single-story home that meets his physical needs. ZillowVERIFIED Thanks to Parisa my wife and I find our dream home in Orange County. At the beginning Parisa took us on extensive excursions to Mission Viejo, Irvine, Aliso Viejo, and Laguna Niguel since we were new to the area. She was very knowledgable about each city and gave us a very candid assessment of the pros and cons of each for our particular circumstances. When we decided to focus on AV and LN she showed us a variety of homes that allowed us to decide upon a general floor plan that worked for us. Parisa has the ability to really listen and at the same time she was able to clearly state opinions that were very helpful to us. We entered into a contract on a home but pulled out after the inspection (Parisa arranged for a capable and honest man to handle this). Parisa went back to work and found us more homes that were one better than the next. We had one offer refused because we would not waive our right to withdraw after inspection. Finally we found the perfect house and Parisa worked with us to submit a strong bid that was accepted even though it was not the highest. Parisa helped us through the escrow process, the inspection, and the closing. She was even able to give a solid recommendations for renovations that we intend to make on our new home. "Our new home" feels very good to say that phrase. I would recommend Parisa to family members or friends without reservation. I hope your house-hunting experience goes as well for you as ours did for us.

I would say Parisa is one of the BEST agents out there, you should definitely talk to her, especially if you're a first time home buyer. I met Parisa almost two years ago at an open house. She is polite and professional, so I started to reach out to her when I am interested in a property or have any real estate related questions. I planned to purchase an investment property, so I took my time. Parisa is very patient during the whole process, and always respond promptly to my inquiries and accommodate the schedule to make things work. I have worked with many other agents before, and by far Parisa is definitely the best one. I even told her that I wish she had been my agent wile I purchased the primary residence, and that experience would have been totally different. I'd highly recommend Parisa to whomever needs a real estate agent.
