      JIM IS THE SOLE REASON WE GOT OUR HOME. NOT EVEN EXAGGERATING. HIRE HIM. Heres our story: My wife and I had already bought two houses before working with Jim. Both experiences were bad and it was because of the realtors. One deal even cost us $500+ because the sellers didnt disclose unpaid fines. Between that and watching other people get burned, our expectations for realtors were already rock bottom. Fast forward to now. My wife is two months pregnant, we had a tiny window to move, and zero margin for mistakes. We found a house within 48 hours and met Jim to put an offer in. Jim knows the numbers. He knows what houses are actually worth. He didnt just aEURoesubmit an offeraEUR?aEUR"he told us what he would do if it were his own money. That matters. Jim doesnt think like a traditional realtor. He thinks strategically. Most realtors wont tell you what they really think because theyre afraid to lose the deal. I want to know what you really think. Jim gave us his honest opinion, and it directly influenced whether we even moved forward on this house. Then came the nightmare: the lenders!!! From the very beginning, Jim had a gut feeling this lender situation could go sideways. I'm a small business owner, this was my third home purchase, and the lenders acted like everything was fine....until three days before closing when they told us the deal wasnt happening. Thats when Jim went to war. For multiple days, he chased people down, got decision-makers on the phone, including VPs at the lender, and forced momentum back into the deal. Without Jims experience, persistence, and refusal to let this die, we would not have gotten this house. Period. If this were a newer realtor or someone without Jims experience, we would have lost it. Hire Jim. Hire his team. They showed up when it mattered most, and my pregnant wife and I are incredibly grateful.
