Keller Williams Jersey Shore Tier One Tea

Michael & his team were very knowledgeable, quick to respond & were wonderful helping us through a process that got a bit contentious at times. Would definitely refer him to others.

Working with Anthony Marotta and his son Michael was a pleasure. They always had answers to all our stupid questions plus loads of advice. My house sold in 7 days way above list price. If your looking to buy or rent, you need to get in touch with Anthony or Michael Marotta. They'll treat you wright, like family. You can't go wrong.

Anthony searched for our new home for 3 years, checking in frequently along the way. He was diligent and attentive to our needs. In the end, he found the perfect place, negotiated an unbelievable price for a spacious shore block home. On top of that, he then marketed a sold our existing condo for very near full asking price. A review would be incomplete without mentioning Anthonys Tier One Team. They lived up to their name. A special shout-out to Ashley Young, who facilitated our buying and selling experience, coordinating with the Sellers and our Buyers representatives and the two Title Companies. Anthony, Ashley and the entire Tier One Team is courteous, competent and efficient. My wife and I give them our highest recommendation to anyone in or around Absecon Island with real estate needs.

Anthony and his team were awesome in their help finding & securing our first home! They made the whole process seamless from start to finish! Highly recommend his team going forward in the future to all prospective tenants or people looking at a new house.

Anthony and his team made our search and purchase an easy process. They were all very patient and informative thru the entire process. Their knowledge and experience with real estate at the shore was a perfect match for us. I would highly recommend their entire Team. Great Job Anthony !
