Within several months we started to entertain numerous scheduled walk throughs even though we had entered into a typical seashore off season calm. Within weeks of the New Year Mr Anthony M. Was in discussions with an interested Buyers real estate agent. Before long we had a signed sales contract which has just recently closed expeditiously and to everyones satisfaction. I had attempted to sell twice before with not one interested buyer. Looking back I wish I had met Mr Anthony M much sooner which would have lowered all the stress and anxiety tied to selling real estate.
