Working with Gus was truly one of the best parts of buying our home. Going into the process, I honestly didn't have a very high opinion of realtors. I assumed they were mostly there to unlock doors and write offers. Gus completely changed that perspective. He was incredibly responsive, proactive, and always one step ahead. Because of how quickly he acted, we were able to see and submit an offer on our home just an hour after it was listed. Without him, I truly don't think we would have gotten it. What impressed me most was that Gus genuinely cared about finding us the right home, not just making a quick sale. At no point did we feel pressured, even though we had him driving all over the valley. Instead, he took the time to help us think long-term and always had our best interests in mind. He has an incredible eye for detail and consistently pointed out things we never would have noticed, from potential maintenance concerns to larger issues that could cost us money down the road. Gus is very cordial and pleasant to work with. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I am not real tech savvy. However, as I went through the selling process Gus would walk me through the computer issues or drive an hour one way to assist me. He is very responsive to phone calls and texts. He is always on time and efficient with time management without rushing you. Gus will listen and explain anything I do not understand. He makes sure I understand each step in the selling process and always explains in advance as we proceed. Gus treats everyone with great respect. He can talk to you at whatever level you need whether you are a seasoned veteran real estate person or new to the process.
