Gus was the listing agent for a home that I bought.. recently I made an attempt to sell said home. It was purchased for 1856 ft.A2 and unfortunately I just found out from the agents that connected with me to sell the home that I could not sell it for that square footage.. Reason is there is no ductwork i.e. heating and cooling in the Arizona roomaEUR|. I will have to sell it at a much reduced Sq footage.. Needless to say this home has cost me a huge amount of money to fix up as it was in huge need of repair and now I cant sell it for the same square footage I bought it for. Not Happy! Way over priced & short of the said Sq footage.
