It was purchased for 1856 ft.A2 and unfortunately I just found out from the agents that connected with me to sell the home that I could not sell it for that square footage.. Reason is there is no ductwork i.e. heating and cooling in the Arizona roomaEUR|. I will have to sell it at a much reduced Sq footage.. Needless to say this home has cost me a huge amount of money to fix up as it was in huge need of repair and now I cant sell it for the same square footage I bought it for. Not Happy! Way over priced & short of the said Sq footage.

I was a buyer and right now it is just plain crazy to be one. I bought my house "Sight on Seen" thanks to Gus. My work schedule made it impossible to see new listings that popped on Monday because they would be sold by Saturday. I bought mine on a Tuesday and saw it for the first time in person during the Home Inspection. That is the confidence I have and you can have with Gus. He did a video for me and I appreciated how he always kept in his mind: Is this a house he would live in? Let's go back a step. When I first talked to Gus we set down my goals for my home, location, # of rooms and price. Gus designed two specific Web Links that kept me updated via email on what was available NOW. Also he filtered out homes that were under contract or pending. I spent my time looking at only what was available to buy Right Now. It is updated regularly. I did not have to search the web I searched Gus. My experience took two and a half weeks because I listened to Gus. I spent week one looking at the area I thought I would like. Week two I played traditional buyer to a home and looked forward to Saturday to view only to find they were sold on Friday. Then week three with a video in the morning, write the offer that night, present the next morning and be accepted the same night. I also offered $1500 over ask, which was an idea by Gus to put me above all the Full Price offers and then put me just above the realtors that would tell their clients to offer $1000 more to look good. We looked better on day one and won.Gus will deliver your new home provided you are ready to partner. Listen to him and have money ready. Think about what the home will be worth a year from now. My appraisal came in 3% above ask after only 3 weeks. When you are looking at your offer, be ready to spend more if it is the house you really want knowing you will make it back.Listen to his advice, he lives in this crazy market daily. I have a loan but when I did the offer we removed the appraisal question so it made me equal to a cash buyer. Gus was huge in knowing the homes in the area and I knew I would have the money if needed but very confident thanks to Gus my offer was just right and it was. I was very satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED Our favorite thing about Gus was just how kind he is! He is always happy to show us a home or answer any questions. We definitely overworked Gus as he helped us find our first home! We knew nothing about buying a home and he walked us through it every step of the way! He responds immediately and if he can't answer my question right away, he calls to let me know that he will call me back in 5 minutes or so. We bought at a really weird time where the market was really hot, so there wasn't much room for negotiation for buyers. But other than that, we are really happy with our new home that Gus helped us buy!
