I can't say enough wonderful things about Denise! From the very beginning, she took the time to truly get to know my son and me, not just what we were looking for in an apartment, but also our unique situation and what we truly needed. Caitlin was our agent in selling our home and purchasing a new one, all within a few months. She did an absolutely incredible job from the time we met her to the closing. When she first arrived to talk with us about selling the house, she came very prepared with comps, a booklet for us to look through and understand and she was very professional, and most importantly kind. She worked with us on pricing, she was honest and did an amazing job with selling our home, 50k over asking! In the purchase of our new home, we were also able to get it 40k under asking, which is an incredible deal in Lake Mohawk. Throughout the process she was always available, explained everything thoroughly and was very assertive when she needed to be.
