Caitlin consistently forwarded houses that she thought would be of interest. She had selected not only to our budget needs but our house favorites. We put an offer on two houses and one was accepted. She was really smart in helping me with my offer so it was competitive, in this seller's market. We didn't have to over bid financially but offered up other options that were appealing to the seller. Caitlin has an incredible network of resources, and always had recommendations. Lawyers, mortgage agents, contractors, inspectors, all who were respectful and very good at their jobs. She took her time to set up meetings to help everything go smoothly. Caitlin was super responsive through the whole process. Can text, email or pick up the phone when things were time sensitive. She was so compassionate and intuitive to our needs. She broke things down in explanation when needed with candid advice. She also was not pushy in any way. We closed on our house on May 5th, and it couldn't have benn easier.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Sandra Janusz enough!! If I could leave 100 5-star reviews I would!!! I credit Sandra 100% with me not driving off a cliff. After being given relatively short notice that my landlord needed my house back for a family member, I was losing my mind trying to find another place. I spent 3 weeks drowning in scams on Craigslist and never hearing back from anything on zillow until Sandra contacted me from a zillow rental listing. Sandra was the only contact back I ever received, and that listing didn't work out but Sandra offered to help find another. Sandra spent the next three weeks bending over backwards to help me find a place. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe it! I can only imagine the hours she put in. She figured out what I was really looking for before I did and ultimately found a place that was perfect, where I never would have looked. She handled a lot of negotiation that would have driven me crazy, knew when to talk me down when I got lost in the weeds, and handled me at my stressed-out worst with compassion. She was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process and an all-around wonderful human being. I also spent some time talking to her about Clearview and they're exactly the kind of business and people I like to work with, in it for the right reasons and intentions, and I can see why she loves working there. I didn't even know hiring an agent was an option for rentals until I found her and I hope to be buying instead of renting the next time I move, but either way Sandra is the only person I'll be calling when the next move comes. I think that counts for a lot when working with an agent means they're stopping by your house, looking at every room, helping stage it, and talking with you about money and living situations. It's good to be working with someone that doesn't make it painfully boring, awkward, or something worse. Listing my house with Caitlin resulted in a strong number of offers to pick from.
