Poor communication. Made excuses or just refused to correspond. Deal fell through likely due to lack of responsiveness and minimal process expertise. I found the experience with this realtor to be disappointing and unprofessional, despite and on the surface, friendly demeanor. I would be unlikely to recommend his services to anyone who is actually looking to successfully buy or sell a property.

We were so pleased with Chris and his team in helping us find an investment property. Chris was receptive, knowledgeable and so kind to work with. Nikki was wonderful in communicating everything we needed to do along the way during the house buying process. We appreciate all the time Chris took out of his schedule to show up to the property multiple times since we do not live in the state. The process was seamless thanks to Chris and his entire team.
