Much to our surprise and delight we received two offers in the first day. Their experience with the comps in the area provided us with a good listing price. Since we were located out of town being able to sign the documents via email was great. Their negotiating skills after the inspection and buyers requests kept what we needed to do to a minimum. The entire process went very smoothly and we owe it to their professional handling of the situation and keeping us closely informed. Lisa from their office was great to work with as well.
