Even after closing, months down the road I have been able to reach out and get any questions answered and his level of response and care after the sale shows not only his love of his career but also his clients. Rich is the best realtor hands down. We have purchased two homes through Rich and he has worked with our busy schedules and truly walked us step by step through the process, and made him self available any time we needed. Our last home we closed with him in July of 2024 and I recently reached out with a question and he responded within minutes. Once questions were answered, he asked about family and work, how the house was coming with various projects that we had talked about when we were purchasing the home. I had mentioned that our second child was coming the end of this month, and we chatted awhile. Two days later a package arrived on our doorstep. He had taken the time to look up our baby registry and ordered us a gift from it. Something he definitely didnt have to do, but thats how Rich is. He goes the extra mile, and for that I will be a lifelong client and always point people who are looking his way.
