Review My fiancA(C) and I were renting a middle unit townhome 2 years ago and saw a larger end unit for sale in our neighborhood one day. We loved the neighborhood and wanted to stay and the location of this end unit was perfect. I called my friend Amber to set up a time to see it. We saw it that day, put an offer in the next day, and only had a few days in between that offer and the acceptance! Amber did a quick and thorough job getting us a great deal on that townhome, WITH equity already part of the deal! Closing was a breeze and she was in contact with us every day leading up to the closing, with details of what was needed at closing. Review 5 Stars! Amber was great! I wasnt sure what I wanted or where I wanted it or when I wanted it. I was a single first time home buyer with no restrictions on area and 8 months left on my lease. I had tried to start on my own by going and looking at a few houses and ended up speaking with a few other agents and they didnt seem to take me seriously. I reached out to Amber on recommendation and explained my timeline. She took the time to understand what was important to me. When I asked for a recommendation for services such as lender or inspector, she gave me multiple names and was clear on her experience or knowledge of them so I could make my own decision. I got daily searches for multiple neighborhoods and she would contact me with ones she thought would be particularly interesting to me. She was quick to reply and schedule a showing for me to see any I was interested in. We saw houses in different areas and towns and she was so patient with me and we had great conversations while we figured out what area and neighborhood fit me best. Since I didnt aEUR~have to move, I had the freedom to be more picky. I never felt pressured. I felt very supported through the whole process. She was kind, friendly, and professional with everyone and really had my back during the negotiations. My seller and agent were a little difficult and her level of kindness, utmost professionalism, and firmness made me proud she was my representative. She really had to mediate both sides and she kept me stress free through it all. In the end we came to a mutual agreement and were both pleased. She made sure I understood the whole process. She helped me find the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood and at the perfect time! I had a month to move and my mortgage picked up when my rent ended. I'm so happy! If I had the money, Id buy another house, just so we could do it again.
