Please know that if you are BLESSED to have Kelli as your realtor, you have the BEST! My mother had a home in New Jersey that we needed to sell. She lives here in Oklahoma and had a renter in the home being managed by a local (NJ) management company. Not only did we need to locate someone who was a realtor in Williamstown (as we are located in Oklahoma), but we needed someone who had experience with selling a home "as is". Kelli returned my initial call/email/text very quickly and communicating with her was smooth and extremely informative. There were quite a few issues unique to the property, but Kelli, did what she does best, located a buyer (even with all the difficult issues) and executed the sale that worked for all of us.
