Please know that if you are BLESSED to have Kelli as your realtor, you have the BEST! My mother had a home in New Jersey that we needed to sell. She lives here in Oklahoma and had a renter in the home being managed by a local (NJ) management company. Not only did we need to locate someone who was a realtor in Williamstown (as we are located in Oklahoma), but we needed someone who had experience with selling a home "as is". Kelli returned my initial call/email/text very quickly and communicating with her was smooth and extremely informative. There were quite a few issues unique to the property, but Kelli, did what she does best, located a buyer (even with all the difficult issues) and executed the sale that worked for all of us. I can't thank her enough or boast on her abilities, professionalism and her personal care for us. Mark my word...SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!

Kelli was great and helped us through every step, she knew we were in the military and needed to close fast, and as proper as we could, she made that happen. During my move Kelli spent a month checking up on my newly purchased home while we were absent. And after we arrived she still went out of her way to help us find contractors, food joints, and every amenity we needed to get by.
