Keller Williams High Country Realty

Mary was the simply the best realtor we've ever dealt with from our initial meeting until we closed on our house. She listened to our goals and wishes and translated that into valuable target properties. We were not familiar with the area and she patiently showed us around multiple areas & houses while adding depth with her own local experiences. After each encounter, she refined her criteria and zeroed in on properties that met our expectations. She consulted with her local contacts for additional insights. Mary moves FAST. We decided to put an offer in and she facilitated getting it approved the same day...and then she went to work! Mary was continuously involved through the inspections, counter offers, and closing processes. She was tougher than we were. "Completely satisfied" is an understatement. She was exceptional in every facet of the process.

As an out-of-town buyer, having Mary represent us was a great experience. I believe she worked harder than any of my previous buy-side agents. Marys knowledge of the area was extremely helpful both in getting to close and for making recommendations for post-closing assistance. She has a deep list of local contacts. Working with Mary was a pleasure.

Mary was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect fit, and we couldnt be happier with the beautiful condo we found in Sugar Mountain. We are so grateful for all of her effort, patience, and willingness to help us every step of the way. We highly recommend Mary!

Mary was the best realtor we have ever dealt with! She went way beyond expectations with her recommendations, advice, and market knowledge. We are truly grateful for her help! To be more specific, when we were concerned about the septic system, she contacted several contractors, presented their quotes and comments to us, and advised on specific advantages and disadvantages of a full septic system replacement versus just replacing the tank. That advice factored into the due diligence steps and final purchase price negotiation. She also quickly and completely answered our relentless questions about market pricing, comps, and projected repair costs.

Mary was easy to work with, extremely professional and knowledgeable, and a great sounding board for us as we went through the process of purchasing an investment property. She went above and beyond, helping us obtain estimates from vendors, meeting vendors at the property since we were out of town buyers, and helping us look at all the information critically. We felt a great deal of trust and confidence in her expertise and ended up with a property we love!
