To be more specific, when we were concerned about the septic system, she contacted several contractors, presented their quotes and comments to us, and advised on specific advantages and disadvantages of a full septic system replacement versus just replacing the tank. That advice factored into the due diligence steps and final purchase price negotiation. She also quickly and completely answered our relentless questions about market pricing, comps, and projected repair costs.

Mary happened to call us out of the blue about a house we were interested but no one was calling us back. After one conversation her soft easy sell had us hooked. We dropped the other clown and went with Mary. The house she called us about didn?t work out. She worked with us and found the house I?m sitting in now. One that was better suited for us the the one that didn?t work out. Mary is extremely patient and knowledgeable. You couldn?t find a better person to work with.

Review We began to search for a second home in the Beech Mountain,Sugar Mountain and Boone area in the summer of 2020 in the midst of the corona virus pandemic in a sellers market with very limited inventory which made our search even more difficult. We searched reviews and found very positive aspects on the Keller Williams High Country Agency in Boone and gave them call. We were put together with Mary Baker, set up an appointment and were very impressed. She was on top of her game and she devoted many hours in order to give us that home we would be proud to own. Even though we were over 700 miles away she kept us well informed on what the market was doing and counseled us to make an informed decision without being pushy. When we did find the perfect fit she worked tirelessly with the sellers agent to make sure that our interest and well being were her top priority. We always felt that we were number one on her client list. When it came to closing the deal she went over everything step by step to make sure the closing went flawlessly (and it did).
