We lost out on a real estate opportunity due poor communication from Rick. The communication between Rick and the selling agent was often very disconnected. We spoke to another agent and received a well communicated answer to our same questions. Unfortunately it was too late, and now we are back the the drawing board. I can honestly say having bought and sold several properties, this was a poor experience.
