Larry "The Magnificent" Wanke, he was the ABSOLUTE BEST!! We didn't have the greatest experience with our Lending Company, but having Larry by our side was the best thing that could have ever happened. We met Larry a little over 3 years ago and he showed us a few properties. We were not financially where we wanted to be, but we wanted to give it a try any way. He was so patient with us and didn't mind telling us what we needed to know and do in order to prepare ourselves for purchasing. Fast forward, 3 years later, we are ready to go, and we knew EXACTLY who to call. He is so knowledgeable of all thing's real estate. And if he doesn't know, he'll find out. He was truly a BLESSING to my husband and I. A great negotiator, listener, "talk me off a ledge-ER, and ALL AROUND GOOD/DECENT PERSON, and that's hard to come by these days. He even called to check on us on the morning of his son's wedding. Can you believe that!! His son is getting married and he's thinking to call us to make sure we are all good. Now that's commitment. I honestly don't know what we would have done if we had not had him by our side. My husband and I are eternally grateful for him and extremely happy with our purchase. I will be recommending him to any and everyone I know who is looking to purchase a home!! :)

Larry is simply the best. He has helped us twice - the first time to sell a house and the most recent was helping my elderly parents find a new home (moving from Oklahoma to Ohio). He is knowledgeable and communicative, and fun to be around. He worked around the clock to find homes to look at, get information from sellers, negotiate a good deal, and helped us walk through the entire process smoothly. Simply put: he did his job professionally and efficiently. And, I simply like him. He has outstanding taste in hats. Highly recommended. I would certainly call him if/when we need another realtor.
