Larry started working with me and my wife about a year ago to buy a home. Due to the terms of our lease, we opted to wait until this year to purchase a house. We were looking to stay in Willoughby or move to Mayfield as both have decent school and are close to our jobs. During the pre-approval stage, he started by sending us a list of potential houses, and it included neighboring cities. Once we were pre-approved, we narrowed our list to 5 houses that we liked. The next day, he was driving around town looking at the houses. We fell in love with the second house, and pulled the trigger that day. The next day, we had our bid was accepted and the 30 window was initiated. This was such a smooth process. I talked to several co-workers and they are understandably jealous. Throughout the entire process, Larry has been our liaison and has completely shielded us from any stress.
