Lauren was incredible from start to finish. She truly became such a special part of our growing family! We started looking for a house while I was 18 weeks pregnant. There was a lot of emotions (and hormones) involved in doing so. Lauren handled me with such ease and kindness. She made us feel like we were the most important people to her. This included after hour calls, ALL my questions/concerns, inspections, setting up all vendors for the inspections, and keeping us posted all along the way. Lauren's communication is top notch. Though I am in the rental industry (property management) and have quite a bit of experience in this industry- this was still our first time buying a home. It can be overwhelming- but let us just share- that if you have Lauren in your corner, you WILL get through this process with so much support and patience. I wish there were 10 stars for this recommendation because our family would give her 12.
