ZillowVERIFIED Sandie not only found us our dream home, she also made us to decide to jump in. The house received several offers and most of them were above asking. We were anxious to spend more money than what we originally planned but it turned out to be the best decision we ever made in the past 10 years! The home value is up, the details of the home is perfect and most importantly, the kids are happy. You got to have a realtor like Sandie. To make the best decision, you have to work with the best in every fashion!

ZillowVERIFIED Sandie and her team just close on our house on Halloween! It's a different kind of October 31st experience and will be very unforgettable for next few years. I am very pleased with how they represented us with the sale of our home. Not only were they able to pull of selling it quickly despite of the contingent sale of our new home, they helped us bring more to our family basket. If you have any real estate needs, don't hesitate to reach out to Sandie or any of his team members. They are the real deal!

ZillowVERIFIED Sandie was a fabulous agent. We were tight budget buyers looking to get our first Single Family Home and we couldn't find available homes online. We got in touch with Sandie through their website and they were able to find a few options despite the low inventory. We're so happy to have closed on a house before winter and before Christmas! I am forever grateful to Sandie and the rest of her team for making our 2022 Christmas extra special!

ZillowVERIFIED We bought dream house in the middle of the COVID-19 craze. Unfortunately, my wife had to move closer to her sick mom and we had to give up on less than 2 years. At first I was adamant in working with Sandie Terenzi since suggested we list it almost 130% of what we paid for it. I would love more money but it sounded too unrealistic. But She's a marketing genius!! We received multiple offers, all above asking price. undercontract it a week. walked away with top dollar! A huge portion of the equity was used in the medical expenses of my mother-in-law and words can't describe how thankful we are to Ms. Terenzi.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandie sold our beautiful home of 23 years. She immediately got it under contract in 10 days but wanted us to get the most of our hard-earned investment. She did her best to solicit for back-up offers and closed for 15 grand more than what we asked for. What else do you need to know about how good Sandie and her team is? She's the best we've worked with and by the time comes that all the kids go to college, we will definitely hire her again to sell our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Bought our first 4 bedroom house for my growing family with Sandie before winter of last year. The timing was perfect and even though the seller received multiple offers, we were so glad Sandie was able to convince them that we were the perfect buyers for their lovely home which they bought 4 years prior. Thank you very much Sandie for being the best representative and closing on the home for us. 5 stars!

ZillowVERIFIED Sandie was a pleasure to work with and has great knowledge of the entire Connecticut market. We relocated from overseas and had to buy a home sight unseen. It was our first time and we had to put all our trust in her expertise. She listened to our housing needs and found us the perfect home close to where we work. 4months in and we are so happy where we're at. Extremely grateful to Ms. Terenzi.

ZillowVERIFIED I recommend Sandie to all my family and friends. Not only does she assist you with the process but she genuinely enjoy helping families find their new home or sell and relocate to their future homes. unlike my other big purchases with other sales people, I never felt pressured to make a decision about a house that I was a bit uncertain. Sandie guided me throughout the process and helped me decide on the best home for my family. Thank you so much, Sandie!

ZillowVERIFIED I was a first-time home buyer when I first met Sandie and was very clueless about the process. She was very patient and explained everything from owning my first home to buying real estate as investment. Fast forward, we already bought 2 homes with Sandie. One for my family and the other one is our first investment. Looking buying more homes with her! I recommend Sandie Terenzi to anyone looking to buy and sell real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Our entire relocation experience wasn't exactly stress-free because of all the things we had to leave behind in CO. Sandie took a huge chunk of baggage and helped us tremendously from finding the perfect home to the final touches. My wife and I could not have been more happy with our partnership with Ms. Terenzi and her team. They were all very helpful, proactive, and most importantly, sincere.

ZillowVERIFIED My partner and I worked with Shannen Cianci on purchasing our new home in Connecticut, and truly had a great experience. We went through the entire home search and purchase process all from another state, and Shannen went above and beyond every step of the way to make it as easy and smooth as possible for us. She was attentive, communicative, and overall extremely pleasant to work with. Our home was a new build and was in the construction phase, and her organizational skills were top notch as we worked together to check all of the many boxes. Sandie was also a big help as she checked in with us along the way to ensure all was going well and on track. We purchased our home sight unseen and because of their efforts we had full confidence in doing this. We absolutely love our home and had zero surprises when we arrived for the first time. I really cant thank them enough for their efforts throughout this process. Id recommend these ladies in a heartbeat to anybody who is in need of a realtor. Thank you both!

ZillowVERIFIED Needed to sell my elderly parents home. Dad heard about Sandie Terenzi on the radio and wanted to use her to sell his home. Who knew that a week later COVID19 would flip our world upside down? Our mom has late stage Alzheimer so we had a lot of tricky scenarios with showings and people coming into the home. Everything was handled professionally and promptly. While I was the one doing the day to day interacting, Dad was never left out of the process and he was respected by Sandie. The administrative team was very on top of things. We were thrilled to sell our home so quickly! We would highly recommend Sandie to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Lisa got my attention at a talk on staging, when she said she kept extra floor lamps for sellers who might need extra light. That's what she brought to our listing: strong knowledge of the Bristol market, a willingness to solve minor obstacles and a real enthusiasm to help you. When the first offer came (within 2 weeks) LIsa was on vacation, but she had arranged for her colleague Sandy Terenzi to step in, which she did flawlessly. When I needed a carpenter quickly after the home inspection, Lisa arranged it. She often checked to confirm small details, so that we had no surprises or bumps on the way. She obviously loves this work and it shows in the extra effort she makes. We plan to work with her to buy our next house.

ZillowVERIFIED I was impressed with Sandie from the moment she walked into our home. She was professional, came prepared with comps and a contract in hand. The price she suggested was inline with what we were hoping for. The staging suggestions, photos and write up were amazing. We had a offer for full price within 4 days of listing!!! Sandie was helpful with the inspection process and resolution of repairs needed. Closing was flawless, not to mentioned that our unit sold for $22K higher than a like unit in our neighborhood. Buying or selling I highly suggest Sandie Terenzi and Team.
