Keller Williams First Choice Realty

If you are looking for a realtor. You found him! Steven had me convinced I chose the correct realtor within 10 minutes of our first meeting. I can't go into all the details of my time working with Steven here, due to the fact it would be a book of details. But the main thing I think I should confer here about Steven is just how attentive he is. He listens to what you are saying, and acts on it. Steven comes to work. You will be able to tell just how knowledgable he is, and how actually "human" he is in no time. He gave me the feeling like I'm dealing with a long time friend while helping me sell my Mother's house. Never once did I feel like he's not done or is doing all that can be done to sell. If you are reading this, trying to find a realtor? You're done, call Steven. You are doing the right thing, call him. I'll easily refer him from now on to anyone that needs a realtor. I'm not even removing him from my contacts in my phone, just so I can refer him easily and quickly from now on. I'm not a bot. I'm real, and it's not easy for me personally to like anyone, most usually I don't like anybody at first. It's just my personality, no trust in people for me. But I had no problem liking and respecting Steven because he earned that from me quickly. If you ever read this review Steven, Thank you again sir, for all you went through with me to sell. You are outstanding sir! Above and Beyond! My vote for Realtor of the Year!

Susan has done an amazing job throughout the years assisting us in the buying and selling processes of all of our homes. I highly recommend Susan if you are selling and/or buying! Susan is very knowledgeable and she gets the job done!

Best experience ever! Susan is extremely talented, and knowledgeable on the real estate industry. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house . Marisol

I strongly recommend Ty Wiles if your looking for your dream home!! Ty was always available and answered any questions we had. He made time for us any house we wanted to look at and didnt mind looking a multiple homes in one day if we wanted. He never made us feel like we were on the back burner. Finding a home and the process can be difficult if you dont have the right realtor. Thank you Ty for helping us find our forever home and going above and beyond.

Susan was extremely helpful in our move from South Carolina to Kentucky. Having her on our side made all the difference. Buying a home from another state is inherently stressful, but Susan handled so much of the heavy lifting on the ground here in KY while we were still wrapping things up back in SC. She pointed out small details we wouldn't have noticed, and was always quick to respond whenever we texted with random questions. She truly knows the local area and never once pushed us into making a decision just to close a deal. Susan genuinely cared about finding the right spot for us and made the whole transition feel completely manageable. If youre moving to KentuckyaEUR"especially from out of stateaEUR"youll be in fantastic hands with her. Highly recommend!
