Zach was not just a real estate agent but also a resident of the neighborhood. Over the years I had gotten to know Zach and his wife Lindsay. They're a team and they are both very nice to deal with. He frequently had nice family type stuff for the kids like pumpkins for Halloween and pies at Thanksgiving. When it came time for me to sell I don't think there was anyone better to work with because he understood the neighborhood but most importantly he understands the trends in real estate and knows how to price accordingly. When I buy again Zach is the only person I will call.
